Exercise and Nutrition


Being Conscious is about gradually changing your lifestyle a day at a time and being patient with results.

Next I started with exercise I was not going to force myself to do things that I hated, like running 5 miles. I didn’t like running (now I don’t mind it), doing PX90 that I will do for two days and never want to watch another video again, or even going to the gym with tons of people where I feel out of place.

Now I currently go to the gym regularly and eat well with some cheating. HEY! I love chocolate and refuse to get rid of it, BUT I gradually changed my lifestyle and like doing it.

I am not saying you need to do the things I do and maybe you like the things I hate but I want to get the point across it’s the lifestyle change and finding the change that is for you.

My first attempt to change my lifestyle was first my diet I started to eat better and cook more. I now love cooking and love healthy food over that nasty, gross Mc Doubles that people crave. Changing your diet you will get your results. You will feel better, and your body will love the healthy food you are putting in it.

My exercise consisted of walking everyday, walking to the grocery store, pretty much if I wanted to run an errand and it was within walking distance I would walk! Get up and move if you need a gallon of milk and its 5 blocks away and you have the time WALK! Start being conscious!
