Gracie's Infusion

Over the past year I have become quite the Mixologist. I love creating new drinks but putting a spin on things by infusing them with the real fruit, spices, vegtables, or sweets.

What started this? Over the last couple years I have mainly went to drink vodka waters. One, because I wanted to have a lower calorie drink. Two, now the really fruity drinks are too sweet for me. I love strawberry anything but then some strawberry vodkas have tooo much syrup in them for me. Thats when I got the idea. HEY! I'll infuse my own vodkas! They are less sweet and fun creating new cocktails to go with them.

I have done all different kinds and have even done liquours. Over the holidays they made great gift baskets because I gave everyone a infused vodka and an infused liqueurs with a recipe on how to make the cocktail.

Every want to host a party and put a spin on the liqour? Call me the creative ideas are endless :)

Labor Day Weekend

Cocktail list of the cocktails I made and served over labor day weekend. All liquor was infused and then made with fresh fruits and herbs.	The cocktail bar I had set up outside by the pool for everyone to swim up and order drinks.	Some of the vodkas I infused for the Labor Day Weekend

Holiday Cocktails

Over the Christmas Holiday I infused 6 different flavored vodkas and made my holiday sangria again. The six different flavors were Apple, Cranberry Lime, Peppermint, Caramel, Rosemary, and Coffee Liqueur. I created my own cocktail list to create a Apple Martini, White Russian, Salted Caramel Martini, Cranberry Lime Martini, White Chocolate peppermint Martini, and the Rosemary vodka for Bloody Mary's. You can see aboe the ingredients I used and the outcome of the cocktails. Everyone raved about them and it was hard to choose a favorite. This cocktail list put a twist on the holiday and I had a lot of fun tending it! :)
